Online PrEP+ Repeat Supply Service
Eligibility
- If you are requesting PrEP, you are an existing PrEP patient at an iCaSH Clinic, and you have received PrEP from iCaSH within the last 12 months
- If you are requesting DoxyPEP, you are an existing DoxyPEP patient at an iCaSH Clinic and have received DoxyPEP from iCaSH within the last 12 months
- You are 18 years and over
- You are willing and able to use the online service to do your HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STI) testing.
How to use the PrEP+ Repeat Supply Service
Part 1
When you have approximately 6 weeks supply of the medication you are requesting remaining, order an HIV and STI testing kit via Preventx at:
https://www.sh.uk/welcome
Complete and return the kit as soon as you receive it:
- Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your HIV and STI test results. These will be checked by iCaSH in advance of any further supplies of PrEP and/or DoxyPEP being made.
Part 2
When you have your HIV and STI results, visit:

Go to the 'Online PrEP+ Repeat Supply Service'.
- Try to do this when you have at least four weeks of the medication you are requesting remaining:
- Please note that if you delay placing your request, we cannot guarantee that your medicines will be ready before your existing supply runs out, and you may need to have a break in taking PrEP and/or DoxyPEP. This could result in the loss of protection that this medication offers.
Complete and submit the online Request Form.
Part 3
Once your Request Form has been assessed by a clinician and the medicines are ready for collection, you will be notified, and you can arrange to pick up your PrEP and/or DoxyPEP:
- If there are any queries based on the information provided in your Request Form in advance of determining if supplying PrEP and/or DoxyPEP to you is appropriate, we will contact you.
