We're moving
The iCaSH service currently based at Oak Street, Norwich will be closing on Tuesday 17 March 2026 at 12pm. This service will be moving to Rowan House, Norwich, which will be open from Thursday 19 March 2026 at 2pm.
If you already have an appointment booked after 19th March 2026 at Oak Street, we will be in touch to confirm that your appointment date and time will be moved to Rowan House.
What this means for patients
- Good public transport links to the new clinic.
- There is cycle parking at the new clinic.
- Improved access with all one level/ground floor facilities.
- A larger and brighter waiting area and refurbished, purpose-built clinical rooms.
- The existing team from Oak Street will be moving to Rowan House and will be ready to welcome you.
- Our contact number will remain the same.
- Once Rowan House is open our clinic times will be the same as they currently are at Oak Street.
You will find the entrance to the clinic at the side of the building, through the gates. Please use NR3 3QZ for sat-nav purposes. Patient parking is not available on site (except for blue badge holders) - however, there is on street parking close by. The nearest car park is St Andrews Car Park on Duke Street NR3 3AJ.

Appointments
iCaSH offers either a telephone consultation or a face-to-face appointment as appropriate to your needs.
If you do not have any sexual health symptoms and would like routine screening for sexually transmitted infections, please order a free kit online to complete the test. It's confidential and easy to use.
If you are unable to order a kit online, or have any sexual health symptoms, please contact us on 0300 300 3030 option 3 during our opening times.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please either text 07912473688 (text only) with your date of birth and the date of your appointment. Or call 0300 300 3030 option 3.
