Who will I see?
There are a range of staff working across iCaSH, all of whom have received specialist training appropriate to their role. We wear a uniform and all have identification badges. We will introduce ourselves to you, so you know who we are.
We have a multidisciplinary team consisting of staff ranging from:
- consultants
- doctors
- specialist nurses
- sexual health advisers
- specialist pharmacists
- psychologists
- clinic assistants
- call takers
- receptionists
- other administrative staff
Your consultation will be carried out by a clinician appropriately trained to provide the care that you need.
If necessary, following assessment, we will see you for your on-going care or we can refer you to your GP or other specialist service if this is more appropriate.
