Please complete, sign and return the referral form via email to: ccs.icash-bedford-kingsbrook-pst@nhs.net or post to the address on the form.
For certain conditions, investigations for underlying organic causes should be carried out by the GP/consultant prior to referral. See referral guidelines for suggested pre-referral screen, which can be requested from the administrator on 01234 244 126.
Referral criteria includes:
- Current sexual dysfunction within relationships
- previous sexual abuse/assault
- initial exploration of gender dysphoria and
- issues around sexuality.
Other relevant information:
With funding, the service has the potential to provide specialist clinical supervision for staff working with sexual difficulties in their everyday clinical practice. Please contact as above.
