If you live in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or Suffolk, you will notice some differences when you order an Express Test.
From 1 November 2021 we are using a new testing portal and you will no longer be able to use your previous Express Test login details. This means we need to re-register you as we won’t have your details on the new system.
Simply choose your locality and then enter your age and postcode to find out if you are eligible for an Express Test. You will need your own UK mobile number to register to use the service. For your security and confidentiality please don't use someone else's mobile number.
The new portal has features to help you manage your sexual health testing. You will have:
- Access to your own patient portal to see your results and test history
- Improved access to information, advice and support through our colleagues at the Express Test SH.UK support team and support available via the two-way messaging tool within the SH.UK patient portal once logged in. This allows users to securely message Preventx or our iCaSH clinical team.

If you ordered an Express Test before 1 November 2021, the iCaSH team will contact you when your results are available. Receipt of results will not be affected by this change.
