All iCaSH clinics are self-referral, which means that a GP referral letter is not necessary. The service is free, confidential and non-judgemental.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the delivery of services has changed. All patients are asked to contact us on 0300 300 3030 in the first instance. You will then be offered either a telephone consultation or a face-to-face appointment as appropriate.
Members of the public attending iCaSH in person are required to wear a face covering or mask.
If you are 16 years and over and have no symptoms but wish to access screening for sexually transmitted infections, you can use our online Express Test home testing service.
If you are seeking long acting reversible contraception (LARC) such as a coil or an implant, please call your local iCaSH clinic on 0300 300 3030 so we can put you on a waiting list. Please note we are experiencing significant demands for this service, so please bear with us.
Once you are on the waiting list, we will contact you to offer an appointment as soon as one becomes available. There is no need to ring us once you are on the waiting list, unless you no longer require an appointment.
Further information about contraception and sexually transmitted infections can be found in the contraception and sexual health section.
Interpreter
Please let us know when you book your appointment if you require an interpreter during your consultation. We do not advise using friends or relatives as interpreters, as they may not completely understand the medical information and may not be able to interpret in full.
