All iCaSH clinics are self-referral, which means that a GP referral letter is not necessary. The service is free, confidential and non-judgemental.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the delivery of services has changed. All patients are encouraged to contact us on 0300 300 3030 to book an appointment for an initial telephone consultation with a clinician. You will then be offered a face-to-face appointment if clinically indicated and where local lockdown is not active.

Members of the public attending iCaSH in person will be required to wear a face covering.

If you are over the age of 16 and have no symptoms but wish to access screening for sexually transmitted infections, you can use our online Express Test home testing service.

Due to the requirements of social distancing, our capacity is reduced and therefore we are experiencing longer waits for some services and ask that you bear with us and we will see you as soon as we can.

Please note: changes to services are dependent on the progress of the pandemic, national and local Public Health England advice and service capacity. Please keep checking our website for up-to-date information.

Further information about contraception and sexually transmitted infections can be found in the contraception and sexual health section.

Interpreter

Please let the reception staff know when you book your appointment if you require an interpreter during your consultation. Unfortunately, it is not appropriate to use friends or relatives as interpreters, as they may not completely understand the medical information and may not be able to interpret in full.
