Your guide to free condoms - Bedfordshire residents only

We can supply free condoms by post to people who live in Bedfordshire.

We're making free condoms available to reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). You can order a pack once a month.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed by ongoing postal strikes and seasonal pressures, see Royal Mail for the latest dates and information - we're sorry for any inconvenience.

To be eligible, you must:

  • be aged 16 or over,
  • live at an address within Central Bedfordshire or Bedford Borough postcodes
  • have not ordered condoms from us in the last month

Any other orders will not be processed.

If you live in Luton please contact Luton Sexual Health [opens in new window].

If you are aged 13 to 15, you'll need to go to a C-Card registration point to get condoms, which will involve a short one-to-one discussion. To find a C-Card site please click here

If you are aged 16-24 and live in central Bedfordshire or Bedford Borough you can also get a free chlamydia postal test at www.icash.nhs.uk/contraception-sexual-health/express-test
